What the picture shows is just a common scene in the neighborhoods where we live, whether it is in city or in town. Public places are now made too much use of by people. Some make drawings or practise their handwriting on walls in these places to show their talents or for fun. Some take advantage to make free advertisements. Others even put dirty words as slogans in these places to curse those whom they don’t like.
From my point of view, measures should be taken by local administration organizations to keep public places tidy, clean and well preserved. On the other hand, people should mind their behaviors. As we know, the image of a neighborhood or a city is reflected especially in public places. Actions above spoil our living environment and the impression on travelers to our hometown.
