With more and more Chinese people traveling abroad, their bad behaviors have become a hot topic, such as spitting, tossing garbage and showing a lack of respect for local customs. A recent survey shows that Chinese are the world’s second worst tourists.
The bad manners of some Chinese have greatly affected the image of country. The reasons are probably that they are used to such “abnormal” behaviors in their own country and find it hard to change the pattern of behavior once abroad. And some Chinese are so selfish that they seldom care about others.
In my opinion, it’s urgent to improve the public awareness of the need for better behavior. Meanwhile, it’s essential for our children to get into good habits with the help of teachers and parents.
