A group of experts have opened a tomb in the Italian city of Florence in the hope of finding some DNA samples (样本) which they think may hold the clue they need. The tomb is thought to contain the family of a woman called Lisa Gherardini. Historians think Lisa is buried in the nearby convent of Saint Ursula,where records show she died in 1542. They have recovered (复原) the bodies of three women from the convent,but they have been unable to make sure which body is Lisa's.
