How to Deal with the Exam Stress

Everyone may have the exam stress. A little bit of stress can be a good thing to use.

【答案】How to Deal with the Exam Stress

Everyone may have the exam stress. A little bit of stress can be a good thing to us. Maybe we shouldn’t be too hard on ourselves. But if we have proper stress, we can think actively and work harder. Besides, it can remind us to go over our lessons in time to remember them. So we can pass the exams easily.

However, if we have too heavy stress, we can’t sleep well at night and we may feel too tired. We may be afraid of the exams too much and fail in the end.

In my opinion, to deal with stress, we’d better plan and prepare well. We should also develop some good habits, such as enough exercise and healthy diets. Then we will feel relaxed and do well in the exams.

【题目】 It was a perfect June day. My family and I decided to go whitewater rafting (急流泛舟). My father decided to bring us to go without a guide at this new, hard situation. Mom and I were upset by my dad’s decision, but my brother was pleased with it. Then we took a bus to the icy cold water. Having received the training, we began our own rafting.

Within the first hour, we got stuck on two rocks. Another raft had to hit ours to get us off the rocks. After about two hours, we saw a huge rock on the right side of the river. It was coming out of the water about ten feet high and about fifteen feet wide. Somehow, we ended up on top of this rock. Then water started rushing towards my brother. When he started falling into the water, I tried to pull him back. Unfortunately, we fell off together. My mother jumped in after us, but she could only get to my brother. My dad jumped onto the bank of the river to see where I was. At that moment I was picked up by a man in another raft. I kept crying. Thankfully, everyone was fine.

When we got back in our raft, we had only two paddles for four people. We all knew it was going to take long to get to the end. One of the guides for another raft told us that there was an earlier place we could get out, but we had to carry our raft and walked for a mile. At that point, no one really cared if we had to do anything after we got out of the water. We finally got to the ending point, wet and cold.

To this day, I have never felt so cold in my life. I have not been rafting again. All of this happened because my dad did not hire a guide.
