　There is one common(共有的) language(语言) in every country in the world. All the people, old and young, men and women ,must use it. It is everybody's first language. It is easy to be understood (被理解),although(尽管) you don't hear it. It is sign language.

I know the answer to the question.” When you put one finger(手指) in front of your mouth, you mean, “Silence!” The deaf(聋) use sign language to talk to each other. There is even a university(大学) for deaf in the United States. There are also TV  programmes for the deaf people. They use sign language to tell everything.
