It's free to join a library．Find out how to join and borrow books，videos and other things．

Everyone is welcome：adults and children are free to use Internet，read books，newspapers or magazines，ask for information and join in organized activities．
In order to borrow books you need to join the library．Membership is free，and open to everyone living，working or studying in Oxfordshire．

Fill in an application form（available from any Oxfordshire library） and provide confirmation of your name，address and signature，such as a family allowance book or driving license．There is nothing to pay．

It is usually up to twenty books at any one time．There are  separate limits for other media．Please ask for our current leaflet on hiring CDs，videos，DVDs，audio cassettes and CD-ROMs．
