One day a famous teacher was walking with his student. On the way, they saw a lake. They stopped and the teacher told the student, “I’m thirsty. Get me some water from that lake.”

Of course you do not want to spend your vacation sick (生病的) in bed. So what can you do to stay in good health when traveling? There are some things you should remember when you travel: relax, sleep and eat well.
