Dr P. Y. Lam,a health doctor in Hong Kong,said at the Fruit Day party, "Schools and parents should help kids have the good habit of eating fruit. Every family can make a plan of healthy meals."

The schools have also promised (承诺;) to hold more than 270 activities (活动) to e 10       students to take more fruit.
