This weekend I talked with a very interesting man named Arnold Connor. He’s a baker and he loves his work!    1    It just happened. He says: “I need a job. I could do it at night when I was not at school.    2 So I did.”

He made bread every night for two years while he finished high school.    3    He learned how to make all kinds of special cakes and pies and cookies. “I learned a lot,” says Mr. Connor.    4    He’s been running Connor’s Cakes for six years. “I love my work.    1
