In order to fight against the COVID-19, I spent a long time staying at home. I must be patient at home, or I will be a patient. I had to wash my hands frequently with soap to make my hands clean. When I had to go outside, I must wear a mask and obey social distancing, which helped to prevent the spread of the virus. Besides, I exercised a lot to keep healthy.

In my opinion, for our health, we shouldn’t touch our mouths, eyes or noses with dirty hands. What’s more, we should do some sports to improve our health.
