Nowadays in china，more foods are produced and the people's life improves most．However，fewer people realize it is necessary to save foods，even in our school，food wasting is often seen．

Having said all that，I also think that spending too much time by yourself
can separate you from others．I suppose it is important to find a good balance between spending valuable time by yourself and with other people．
