【答案】Dear Joyce,

I am so sorry to hear that you had a quarrel with your father and he even broke your smart phone.

I can fully understand your feelings. We want to depend more on ourselves but sometimes our parents still treat us like a primary school student. You have different opinions on using a smart phone with your father.I think your father is worried that using a smart phone may affect your study. After all, we are in Grade 9 and we must try our best to study. Here I have two suggestions for you.

First ,you should find a chance to communicate with your father when you both calm down.if you don't want to talk to him,you can write a letter or an email to him.

Second ,I think you should forget this unhappy thing and start to study hard again.Time is very valuable for us,so we can't afford to waste it .Please raise your spirits!

Best wishes!

Yours ,James
