To improve its P.E. course, the university recently started to use an app called “Running Distance”. Students’ running records on the app will become part of their P.E. score.

To get a full mark, every term, boy students have to run 168 kilometers and girl students have to run 120 kilometers.

Some people agree. They think this method can help improve students’ health, and it can help to build up students’ strong will.

However, others disagree. They don’t think the students have enough energy. Most students can’t complete this task.

In my opinion, the university should offer different choices.

First, some students are not good at running. Second, some students may get injured when they are running.

What’s more, students should develop the abilities of different kinds of sports and they should try to keep healthy in active ways.
