The story happens on an island (岛)called Berk. Hiccup, a Viking (维京人) teenager, lives with his tribe (部落) on the island. The Vikings are strong and good sailors（水手）. They often go on adventures (探险). A young woman went into a Paris hospital one day in 1816. She was having trouble breathing. Dr. Rene Laennec was trying to listen to her body to find signs of trouble.
