Mountains are usually not so good places for people to live in,mainly because the weather in high mountains are worse than that in lower lands. In the mountains there is less ground to grow plants,and plant growing is not often successful because of the bad weather. Fewer people live in mountains above 2,500 meters. The higher a mountain rises,the less air there island it is more difficult for people to breath.
