Firstly, electrical bikes offer people much convenience. For example, they are easy to park and cheap compared with the cars. Secondly, they will not cause any kind of pollution. While some other people think it is a good idea to forbid the electrical bikes. In their opinion, some people don't obey the traffic rules when they ride their electrical bikes and this can cause traffic jams. Besides, it is dangerous to ride electrical bikes. In my opinion, forbidding electrical bikes is not a good idea, but people must obey the rules and be more careful.
