March 12th is Tree Planting Day. Our class 3 took part in the Green Project. We went to plant trees by Taohe River. Everybody was wearing strong shoes and old clothes. We met at the school gate at 8:00 in the morning. We took spades, barrels and some ropes with us. We planted about 300 trees that day. We are very happy because we have done something useful to improve the environment. If everyone makes a contribution to protecting our environment, the world will become much more beautiful.
