     Healthy eating is important for us. What and How should we eat to be healthy? Here is my advice.
     First, we should eat healthy food. We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of snacks and fast
food. Second, it's very important for us to have a balanced diet. Different kinds of foods are necessary,
such as bread, meat, fish, eggs, milk, fruit and vegetables. Third, we should eat regularly. Don't eat too
much or too little. The more regularly we eat, the healthier we are. Finally, let's eat healthily from now on.
     That is my advice. I hope you are all healthy and enjoy your life. Thanks for listening.
