Tea art is a kind of skills that was invented by Chinese thousands of years ago. Japanese learned it from Chinese at ancient times, mostly in Tang Dynasty. Tea art has been taken over from ancient China and popular in the world. There are many rules about instruments, time , tea kinds and something else. People believe that water quality and temperature make big differences to the taste. Chinese people use water from springs, rain, well, snow or even flowers to make different teas. There’re many places in China where good tea is grown. Chinese ways of making tea is different from the western countries'. Chinese do not put milk or sugar in their tea.

Tea art has not been so complicated (复杂的) today. But making tea is still an important part of Chinese life and culture. It's a good way to treat friends.

The winter of 2007-2008 was one of the coldest on record in China, with many areas in Central and South East China receiving snow from 10 January to 6 February. Many places suffered the worst snowstorms in more than fifty years.

The snowstorms caused many problems because they (A) took place during the Spring Festival, when many people like to travel. The snow damaged the railway line between Beijing and Guangzhou.
