We all have some problems in our lives as we are growing up. So do I.

When I was in Grade Seven, I was not good at English. Every class I just hid behind my textbook and never asked or answered questions. I felt stressed out and I nearly lost my heart. Once I did very badly in an English test. My English talked with me patiently. I told him what I thought and how I felt. She told me not to be hard on myself and encouraged me to be active in class. She also advised me to talk with friends, teachers or parents when I had any problem. After the talk, I didn’t feel so stressed. Then I worked hard and made great progress.

This thing gives me a useful lesson. That is —communicate with our teachers，parents and friends about our problem then it is not a problem.
