Sure, it is common for us to get up late, and time seems so short at night that we are always busy enjoying doing things we like. For me, staying up late once in a while is all right, as long as you usually get about eight hours¡¯ sleep a night. However, I am not very happy about getting up early. Luckily, I love sport, and often do exercise in the morning, so it¡¯ll be worth it. I think exercise is very important to keep fit. If you are always playing computer games and do no exercise at all, you will put on weight and harm your health.
