That’s how thousands of people start their day at Laughter Clubs around the world , and doctors now think that having a good laugh may be one of the best ways to stay healthy. The first Laughter Club was started in Mumbai ,India ,in June,1995 by Dr Madam Kataria. “ Young children laugh about 300 times a day. Adults laugh between 7 and 15 times a day , ”says Dr Kataria . “Everyone’s naturally good at laughing . About thirty years ago, China was known as the “Bicycle Kingdom”. But the two-wheeled way of transportation became less and less popular later.

But these months you can see a revival(复兴) of bikes across China. More and more people choose to ride bikes instead of driving to schools, workplaces or parks. Some start-up companies（新兴公司） like Ofo and Mobike came up with the bike-sharing plans. They have brought the plans to people’s daily life and developed it to a new level.

Unlike other sharing plans around the world, China’s bicycles can be picked up and left anywhere. The bicycles are locked by the user after riding and then unlocked by the next rider by using a mobile APP and scanning(扫描)a QR code on the bike.
