Secondil, to keep in good health, you have to do more ssports. Also, it is important to have a balanced diet. Besides those, you must have at least eight hours’ sleep every night. Enough sleep can lead to good grades. At last ,you can talk with your parents about your problem. Maybe they have good advice for you, After all, they have been young and experinced the same thing.
