All of us want to be healthy. But most students in China have trouble keeping fit these years. Some students don’t have enough time to sleep. Some don’t have a healthy diet. A lot of students are too busy to do sports. They always have too much homework to do.

What should we do to keep healthy? Firstly, I think we need about eight hours’ sleep every day. Secondly, we should learn to relax. We can do sports every day, such as running and playing ball games. Thirdly, we should eat more vegetables, fruits and less fast food. Of course , there are also some other good ways to keep healthy.
