Fire can help people in many ways. But it can also be very harmful. Fire can make water hot and house warm, give light and cook food. But fire can burn (燃烧) things, too. Why do we come to school? Most of us may say we come to school to study. But to study needs a right way, or you either waste the time or the money. The following are the ways for studying.
The best time for reading is morning. In the morning the air is fresh and the mind is clear. For that reason we can get good results.
In studying we must have patience（耐心）. If we have not known a text well, we must read it again. We should not read the next one until we have learned the first one well.

Have you ever heard of a famous charity called Operation Smile? We hope we can help you understand how we are trying to help children all over the world.

Operation Smile was started by a doctor and his wife. In 1982, together with some volunteers, they went to Philippines to help children who had holes in their lips or inside their mouths.
