My friend is Sam. He is a middle school student. In the past, He liked all kinds of TV programmes such as cartoons, sport etc. He spent all his free time watching TV. So he wasn’t good at all the subjects and was often ill.
He met a good teacher John later. John encouraged Sam to study hard and helped him with his lessons. John advised him to spend more time on study and take more exercise.
Now, Sam has changed a lot.He is stronger than before. He has achieved a balance between study and hobbies.
