If you do not use your arms or your legs for some time, they will become weak, when you start using them again, they slowly become strong again. Everybody knows that. Do you know how to study better and make your study more effective (有效率的)? We all know that Chinese students usually study very hard for long hours. This is very good .But it doesn’t help a lot, because an efficient student must have enough sleep, enough food, enough rest and exercise.
