     I read  the  advertisement  for  the Wild Animal Club in  the  newspaper. I  would  like  to  become  a
member of your club.
     I am a student at Nanjing No.1 Middle School and I am in Grade 8. My favorite subjects are biology.
I am interested in travelling to different places. I love animals. I keep a dog and a parrot as pets. My dog
can walk with me and my parrot can sing for me. They are my good friends.
     But many wild animals are in danger now. People  cut  down  one  forest  after another so that some
animals have nowhere to live. They also hunt the animals for their fur and meat.
     I can  draw  pictures  and  organize  different  activities  for  the  club  to  help people understand the
importance of protecting wild animals. I can do anything for the club on Sundays.
