   We are going to hold a talk on gift-giving manners in the USA. The purpose of the talk is to help you know the rules for giving gifts in America. It will take place at the school hall at 3:00 this Friday afternoon.

   There will be a lot of advice on gift-giving manners. Americans usually give gifts on birthdays,anniversaries and holidays like Christmas. They give gifts such as cards,chocolates and flowers. When someone invites you to dinner,it is polite for you to give a small gift like a box of chocolate or a bottle of wine to the host.
