The Great Wall was first built about more than 2,000 years ago.
The emperor named Qin Shihuang let the working people build it. The main reason was to protect China. And other emperors continued building it. From Ming Dynasty, it is about 8,850 kilometers long. And it is the longest wall in the world. And now the famous part of the Great Wall is Badaling part of the Ming Great Wall.
There is saying, "He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.” I think every Chinese should visit the Great Wall. It's the pride of our country.

Enjoying Dinner with Friends in America
  Americans, like many people elsewhere in the world, like to invite friends to their homes for an evening of food, drink and conversation. Formal dinners, in fine homes and hotels in the United States are much the same as formal dinners anywhere in the world.
