【答案】[例文]
Say No to Bad Habits
We all have bad habits. And they may bring us much trouble.
For example, I easily get tired at school because I usually go to school without breakfast. When I exercise on an empty stomach, I often get a headache. But when I return home, I’m a couch potato. Once I start eating, it’s hard to stop! Nowadays my weight is over 80kg, so I’m encouraged to have a balanced diet and do some exercise.
Nothing is more important than good health! It’s time for us to say goodbye to bad habits!
