Creamy Tomato Soup

Method: 1.Melt .butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat .Add onion and garlic, and cook, stir (搅拌) , until translucent (半透明的) , about 6 minutes . 2.Add tomatoes ,stock,and bring to a boll. Reduce heat,and simmer「(慢炖) gently until thickened (变浓) , about 45 minutes. 3Slowly add haw-and-half,stir constantly. season (调味) with salt and pepper . Serve hot |
