You probably begin to take part in charity work at school. You may sell cakes for the school basketball team,or raise money for UNICEF. If you has decided to give your money to charity,you will have to decide what's important to you and find the right charity.

Then,find the charity that5s trying to solve the problems. For example,a child whose grandfather had heart disease may want to give the money to American Heart Association. Maybe you should choose a famous charity. If you are not sure which organization is best,you may ask your parents or teachers for advice.
Finally,you can give your money to the charity you choose. Older children can save up their money in the bank for their favourite charities. Younger children may save up their money in a special jar (罐子) and have the idea that the money in the jar is for a special purpose. When the money reaches a certain amount ($10 or $25) , it can be sent to a charity.
