3. 交通安全:过马路要当心，不在马路上玩耍。

 I think these rules are necessary as safety comes first.

  Dear Bill,Glad to receive your e-mail. Our school has made many safety rules for us to follow. Let me tell you something about them. At home,we should be careful when using fire and electricity. If someone knocks on the door when we are alone at home,wed better make it clear who it is or call our parents first. Make sure the doors and windows arc shut before going outside. Remember never to swim alone. We should not swim in the rivers or lakes. Swimming pool is a good choice. Now there are more and more cars on the road. So we must be careful when crossing the road. Don't play on the road.
