In the past, I went to school in my father’s car because it was easy and fast. I always threw away the things which were old. And I used to ask for plastic bags when shopping in the supermarket.

However, after reading the book, I have realized the importance of protecting the environment . I go to school on foot or by bike now. And I try to use things as long as possible and recycle them they are old. And I always remember to take my own bag when shopping.

I think as students we should do something to help protect our environment. We should save water. And we should turn off lights when we leave the classroom.
