Each lunar year is given the name of one of these animals : the rat , the ox , the tiger , the hare , the dragon , the snake , the horse , the goat , the monkey , the chicken , the dog and the pig . 故选A。
On the last day of the lunar year , there is a big family dinner .
根据短文第二段中they have to travel many miles to reach the home of their parents可知,离家在外的孩子也要赶回到父母的家里,由此可知,家宴应该是在父母的家里举行的。故选D。
The New Year celebrations last for 15 days , from the new moon to the full moon可知,中国的新年要庆祝15天,从初一到十五。故选A。
Each Chinese month starts on the day of the new moon . And the full moon comes on the 15th day of the month .
