Playing volleyball also helps me to relax and be confident. For example,when I come home from work,I play a little bit with my kids outside the house or we go to the park if the weather is nice. When I play volleyball,I feel healthier and stronger. I not only like playing volleyball but also enjoy watching volleyball games on TV.
