    Rio Carnival (狂欢节) is the biggest carnival in the world.lt usually takes place in February or March each year. During the festival people dance and sing in the streets.The most famous dance is the samba        (桑巴). It is the happiest time of the year.

    Rio is an important city inBrazil. It is the center of culture and many other fields.The city has several important universities.And it has the largest library in the world.
