Yu Guangzhong is a popular poet. He was well known for his nostalgia(乡愁) he describes in his poems.

On December 14, 2017, the famous Chinese poet Yu passed away at the age of 89 in Taiwan. Yu was born in 1928 in Nanjing, Jiangsu. He and his family moved to Taiwan in the 1950s. He lived and worked there until his death.
