【题目】 Pollution means adding dirty or harmful things to land, air, water and so on. As a result, they are no longer pleasant or safe to use. Pollution is bad for animals and plants, and it even makes people's health in danger. In our daily life, we can see different kinds of pollution in many places. There are three main forms of pollution: land pollution, air pollution and water pollution.

Land pollution is caused by solid waste, such as cans, bottles and some plastic things which aren't broken down quickly. It makes the environment look very bad. However, air pollution is more serious than land pollution. It is much worse in cities and towns because of the fumes(废气)from traffic and the waste from human activities. When people drive their cars, fumes which are most made up of CO2, NO2 and SO2 are given off. After the gases get into the air, they may mix with clouds. Then they will become some harmful chemicals falling on the ground with rain. It is one of the reasons for soil erosion(土壤侵蚀)which is one example of water pollution.

Various kinds of pollution will cause many health problems. People have realized they must change this serious situation. There are many ways to control pollution. How to Make the Time for Your Personal Goals

One of the biggest challenges in trying to achieve any personal goal is that we want to put them off until tomorrow, or next week, in order to finish more important things at work and home. Maybe the following can help you find the time for your personal goals.

1.Make one goal at a time

Often the problem is that you try to make too many goals at once. You have a list of things you want to finish and because of that you never start. It’s very difficult to pay attention to too many goals at once. So catching one goal at a time is enough.

2. Be sure you really want it

It’s not enough to say, “It would be nice to learn French” or “It would be cool to do yoga(瑜伽) every morning”. It has to be something you really want. Ask yourself why you want to achieve this goal, and how much you want it.

3.Show that You’re serious

Tell as many people as you can about your goal. Write down your goal carefully. If you can’t even write it down, you’re not serious. Then write out a plan, with dates and actions. Think about problems, and write down your ways to solve them. The plan shows you’re serious.

4.Make it your top task

You all have many things to do in your lives, from school or work to family. If you put all these first, you won’t ever find the time for your goal. Instead, if we make our goal our top task, we’ll make the time.
