What did you do in your summer holidays this year? 　　This summer I spent a two-week vacation in Beijing with my parents. We went there by train. It was my first visit to Beijing. We hurried through some scenic spots. My parents and I watched the flag-raising ceremony at Tian An Men Square at ten past six a. m. With red flags raising, the square looked very great. We also went to the famous Great Wall and the Summer Palace. We went boating on the Kun Ming Lake. The water so blue and the trees throw their shadows in the water.
