海生动物沼虾的生理变色是指个体体色对环境的适应性颜色反应,这是由色素细胞中的色素颗粒的分散与集中决定的,红色色素细胞是调节沼虾体色的主要色素细胞。借助显微镜我们可以看到细胞中色素分布的变化,明亮和黑暗是两对比较突出而又极为简单的环境背景。在明亮处沼虾的体色浅;在黑暗处体色深。设计一个实验,证明沼虾的变色是否与眼柄中神经细胞的分泌物有关系。(见图)

      材料用具:沼虾、剪刀、光照后眼柄的提取液、灯光、暗室、光照后眼柄肌肉提取液、玻璃水槽、注射器等。
      实验步骤:
      第一步:将黑暗环境中的沼虾分成两组,分别置于光照和黑暗中,三小时后取出,先用肉眼观察体色的变化。
      第二步:证明沼虾的变色是否与眼柄有关,具体做法如下:
