倒,倒,倒时差。现在终于能深刻理解什么是头晕脑胀,头晕眼花、头重脚轻,什么是倒时差的真正意义,原来就是人时常会有想倒下的感觉.当年站着说话不腰痛的我现在开始深刻领会什么是时差的概了那就是你白天无精打采,晚上虽然瞌睡却有些不正常的精神奕奕好不容易按正常时间睡觉,却通常会在凌晨1点左右准时醒来.运气好的话大概能把这个时间延长到3点,然后人就会清醒无比,直直地躺在那里像一个长期失眠的人士样,痛苦且无奈地等待天亮的到来时差问题一直是困扰常常远距离旅行的人们的一大生活问题。
根据所学知识,试分析什么是倒时差,时差产生的原因是什么。
【答案】将人们自身的生物时钟与当地时间调整一致,叫倒时差。时差是由于地球的自转产生的。
【解析】由于地球不停地自西向东自转，这样就使得地球表面东面的时刻早于西面的时刻，于是就产生了时差。为了避免时间的混乱，国际上把全球划分为东西各12个时区，一个时区相差一小时。
