I can clear remember the incident that was happened on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Dear Dr. Health

I am very overweight. Since people often laugh to me behind my back when I ride the underground or going for a walk, I am embarrassing and do not like going out any more. Certainly, I do not feel comfortably going to the gym to work out. Instead, I prefer to exercise at home, and it seemed that I am always going on a diet. But, no matter what I do, my efforts to lose weight always end in failure.

A foreign student graduated with honors from a fine university in Germany. He expected to find a good job and had a bright future. I had a interesting dream last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind. So I didn’t lose heart and kept running. All the students on the playground cheer me on," Come on!” I was so encouraged that I ran faster and fast till I caught up all the other runners. I felt as if flying like a superman. In the end, I get to the finishing line first. I won the race. I felt very proudly of myself. Many of my classmate threw me up into the air. Just at that time I woke up and found me still in bed!

The Street Store works closely with local council to get permission to pop-up their sidewalk shops in poor areas around Cape Town. Because of the social conditions in South Africa, over half of the children live in poverty, making the Street Store even more popular.

I am more than glad to tell you about my trip in Xi’an, a capital city of Shaanxi Province.

What impresses me deep is its natural scenery and long history. First, as it is known to the world, Xi’an has a long history and is the birthplace of Chinese civilization. Its cultural and historical significance of the area, as well as many historical sites, help Xi’an enjoy the title of “Natural History Museum”. The Terracotta Warriors, as example, are praised as “the eight wonder of the world”. Second, it is in a favorable geographical location surrounding by the Wei River and Qinling. I have also climbed Mount Hua, one of the five most famous mountains in China, what is famous for its breathtaking cliffs and unique characteristics.

It is really worthy visiting, and I’m looking forward to your coming.
