答案

Recently our class has conducted a survey about The growth of post-90s generation. People have different opinions on it.

Some people think that the post-90s generation are confident, ambitious and independent in thinking. They are fond of new things, ready to accept and try them. Whats more, they have many new ideas, which makes them more creative. It's especially worth mentioning that they are enthusiastic and caring. They treasure friendship and are good at communicating with others.

However, others argue that the post-90s generation are too self-centered and dependent on their parents in life or teachers in study. They tend to live a comfortable life but are less able to overcome frustration. Besides, some of them lack the sense of responsibility and don't know how to show gratitude to others. Worse still, many are so weak in controlling themselves that they are often addicted to the Internet.

As a member of them, I think we post-90s generation should be aware of our own strengths and weaknesses, so that we can put emphasis on perfecting ourselves. Only in this way can we gain respect and faith from others.

【亮点说明】

范文正确地表达了作文的要点,而且中心突出,观点明确、言简意赅;除此之外,还较准确地运用了一些词组:如have different opinions on sth在某事上有不同观点;be fond of sth喜欢某物;It is worth doing sth值得做某事;be good at 擅长于;tend to do倾向于干某事; lack the sense of responsibility 缺乏责任感;be addicted to对上瘾等。好的句式:如They are fond of new things, ready to accept and try them. Whats more, they have many new ideas, which makes them more creative.Whats more更甚者,插入语表递进,which引导非限制性定语从句修饰前面的先行词new ideas;Worse still, many are so weak in controlling themselves that they are often addicted to the Internet. 考查结构sothat如此以至于that后是结果状语从句; Only in this way can we gain respect and faith from others. Only位于句首后跟状语,引导部分倒装。

【题目】Every week in China, millions of people will sit in front of their TVs watching teenagers compete for the title Character Hero, which is a Chinese-style spelling bee(拼写大赛). In this challenge, young competitors must write Chinese characters by hand. To prepare for the competition, the competitors usually spend months studying dictionaries.

Perhaps the show’s popularity should not be a surprise. Along with gunpowder and paper, many Chinese people consider the creation of Chinese calligraphy(书法)to be one of their primary contributions to civilization. Unfortunately, all over the country, Chinese people are forgetting how to write their own language without computerized help. Software on smart phones and computers allows users to type in the basic sound of the word using the Latin alphabet. The correct character is chosen from a list. The result? It’s possible to recognize characters without remembering how to write them.

But there’s still hope for the paint brush. China’s Education Ministry wants children to spend more time learning how to write.

In one Beijing primary school we visited, students practice calligraphy every day inside a specially decorated classroom with traditional Chinese paintings hanging on the walls. Soft music plays as a group of six-year-olds dip brush pens into black ink. They look up at the blackboard often to study their teacher’s examples before carefully attempting to reproduce those characters on thin rice paper. “If adults can survive without using handwriting, why bother to teach it now?” we ask the calligraphy teacher, Shen Bin. “The ability to write characters is part of Chinese tradition and culture,” she reasons. “Students must learn now so they don’t forget when they grow up.” says the teacher.

A. It’s open to people of all ages and all walks.

B. It’s the most-viewed TV programs in China.

B. Chinese people no longer use brush pens or practice calligraphy.

C. Chinese people are using the Latin alphabet instead of the characters.

D. Chinese people needn’t write by hand as often with the help of technology.

【3】According to Shen Bin, being able to write characters by hand is_________.

A. necessary for adults to survive in China

B. a requirement made by the Education Ministry

C. helpful to keep Chinese tradition and culture alive

D. an ability to be developed only when you are students

【4】Where does this text probably come from?
