Recently, we have held a class meeting to discuss the pressure upon Senior Three students. As the university entrance exam is around the corner, we all feel the pressure is piling up. We are anxious that we’ll not live up to the expectations of parents and teachers.

Honestly speaking, on one hand， pressure is the source of motivation to success, which can contribute to personal progress. On the other hand, too much pressure can lead to failure. In that case, approaches to solving pressure seem of vital importance. As for me, communication counts. It can help me express my emotion and get relief.

To begin with, there must be sorrows we can’t go through by ourselves, which need sharing with others. Furthermore, by communicating with parents and teachers, we can get more supports. In one word, the more you show your troubles, the better others understand you. As a result, you are more likely to get help and improve yourself!
