If something that you're doing doesn't challenge (向…挑战) you, then it doesn't change you. We all need some normal stress in our lives, after all. 1. So challenge the following limits:

1. Figure out what you're scared of and do it continuously.

If you're a salesman, and you're scared of talking to people personally or over the phone, now, instead of being scared and thinking you’ll fail, spend at least five minutes a day to pick up the phone and make a call. 2. But don't stop on the first try! Eventually, you can look at fear in the eyes and say, "Go on, I'm not scared!"

2. Take a class for a hobby you've been wanting to develop.

Make sure this hobby is not linked to your career; you have to relax and relieve your stress while doing this. Some examples might be cooking, sewing, painting and so on. You will challenge yourself by learning something new. 3.

3. 4.

You don't need to go to the gym. A simple 9-minute run around your neighborhood can do wonders for yourself.Exercise can not only help you maintain your regular weight, but also make you feel better about yourself.

4.Travel and allow yourself to be interested in new people.

5. - try to connect with the service staff. You never know what kind of people they're going to be. Get out of your house or go online right now to book your class. Start to travel now and learn to challenge yourself.

Most of my friends are moving outside the city.. to avoid the noise, smog, traffic, and crime of the city.

One friend says, "The air is heavily polluted in the city, so I prefer to live outside, where the air is clean."

Another friend is unpleased with the traffic, "Downtown is crowded with cars! You can't find a parking place, and the traffic jams are terrible." Everyone is worried about crime, "The city is full of criminals-it's toodangerous."

For them, the rural(乡村的) life is a cure for all problems, green grass, flowers, swimming pools, barbecues, and so on. Yet after they have lived there for a year or so, they realize that rural life is not so pleasant as they were expecting. Why? Their gardens! They soon learn that the main part of rural life is yard work . After they work all weekend in their gardens, they're too tired to swim in their pools or cook some meat on their barbecues. And they can't live in the countryside without a car. Most of them moved to the countryside to avoid traffic, but now they're blocked on a busy freeway two hours every day to drive to work downtown.

My opinions about urban life are different-I love to live downtown! Why? First, in the city, I can enjoy nature. I can walk through the park. smell. the flowers, sit on the grass and visit the animals in the zoo. Yet I don't have to do yard work or feed the animals. Also, I can get everywhere by bus; if there is a traffic jam, I can walk home. I think the criminal life will reflect changes in society too; if people are buying homes outside the city, the criminals will soon follow. Criminals want to avoid noise, smog, and pollution, too. Then, overcrowding and crime will be problems of the suburbs instead of the city!

Michelle Obama made a daring decision to return to the same designer who created her Inaugural(就职) Ball dress four years ago and the risk paid off.

The First Lady looked extremely attractive in a thin, sweeping, and ruby?coloured dress by designer Jason Wu.She teamed the dramatic gown with heels by Jimmy Choo and a diamond ring by Kimberly McDonald.

She surprised the fashion establishment by returning to a Wu design which had been custom?made for her.

Four years ago at her first Inauguration Ball,Michelle shimmered in an off?white, one?shouldered floor?length couture gown by the designer.

Wu,who was 26 at the time and had only been working in fashion for three years, saw his career take off after the First Lady’s surprise decision to wear one of his dresses.

He said at the time that he was unaware she had chosen the gown and had been watching at home on his couch and eating pizza when she appeared.

After her 2013 decision,Wu told Women’s Wear Daily,“Mrs Obama likes to keep her secrets. She fooled me again.”

Wu released a women’s clothing and accessories(装饰品) collection at Target last year and continues to be popular with the First Lady for official engagements.

The sleeveless, cross?halterneck dress with low?cut back flattered 49?year?old Michelle’s toned arms and neat waist.

It had been created especially for her by Wu and was a departure from the dark and plain colour tone she stuck to at earlier inauguration events.

Mrs Obama’s new hairstyle—she had bangs cut in on her birthday last week—had been loosely tousled for the special night.

Vice?President Joe Biden’s wife Jill also looked glamorous in a blue silk dress by Vera Wang at the Inauguration Ball.
