One day, Dad and I was taking a walk by the lake when a boy rode by with a very high speed. Suddenly, we heard the loud scream. We turned around and saw the boy struggling in the lake, crying out help. Daddy and I ran towards him quickly and had pulled him out of the water. However, the boy rode away immediate without saying "Thank you". I felt disappoint- ing at his behavior. To my surprises, the boy came back with hot drinks and dry towels several minute later. Seeing this, I knew I had misunderstood her and felt ashamed of myself.

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿When we¡¯re young, we dream of love and fulfillment. We perhaps think of nights in the moon or walks along the beach at sunset.

No one tells us that the moments of a lifetime are flashing by, unplanned and nearly always catch us off guard.

Not long ago, as I was reading a bedtime story to my seven-year-old daughter, Annie, I became aware of her look. She was staring at me with a charmed expression. , completing The Tale of Samuel Whiskers was not as as we first thought. I asked what she was thinking about.

"Mommy," she , "I just can't stop looking at your pretty face."I almost dissolved on the spot.

Not long after, I took my four-year-old son to an elegant department store, where the sweet notes of a classic love song us toward a musician playing a grand piano. Sam and I sat down on a marble bench nearby, and he seemed as absorbed in the pleasant as I was.

I didn't realize that Sam had next to me until he turned, took my face in his little hands and said, " with me."

those women walking under the Paris moon knew the of such an invitation made by a round-cheeked boy with baby teeth! Although openly laughed and pointed at us as we glided and whirled around the open atrium(ÖÐÍ¥), I would not have a dance with such a charming young gentleman if I'd been offered the universe.

Life is just like a box. Inside it are happiness and sorrow, failure and success, hope and despair. Life is a learning process. Experiences in it teach us new lessons and make us a better person.

Love

Love plays a key role in our life. Love makes you feel wanted. Without love a person could become cruel and violent. In the early stage of our life, our parents are the ones who show us with unconditional love and care. They tell us what is right or wrong, good or bad. ¡¾1¡¿ .It is only after marriage and having kids that a person understands and becomes sensitive to the feelings of others. Kids make a person responsible and mature and help us to understand life better.

Happiness and Sorrow

Materialistic happiness is shortlived, but happiness achieved by bringing a smile on others gives a certain level of fulfillment. ¡¾2¡¿ .No mind is happy without peace. We realize the true worth of happiness when we are in sorrow. Sorrow is basically due to death of a loved one, failure and despair. But these things are temporary and pass away.

Failure and Success

¡¾3¡¿ .It helps us to touch the sky, teaches us to survive and shows us a specific way.

Hope and Despair

Hope is what keeps life going. Parents always hope their children will do well. Hope makes us dream. Hope builds in patience.___ ¡¾4¡¿___, because after every night there is a day. Nothing remains the same. We have only one choice¡ªkeep moving on in life and be hopeful.

Life teaches us not to regret over yesterday, for it has passed and is beyond our control. Tomorrow is unknown, for it could either be right or dull. ¡¾5¡¿ , so that we will enjoy a better tomorrow.

A. Life teaches us not to despair even in the darkest hour

B. So the only alternative is work hard today

C. But we always tend to take this for granted

D. Success lies in trusting yourself

E. So let¡¯s enjoy every day

F. Failure is the path to success

G. Peace of mind is the main link to happiness

¡¾ÌâÄ¿¡¿Dear Friend,

The recent success of children¡¯s books has made the general public aware that there¡¯s a huge market out there.

And there¡¯s a growing need for new writers trained to create the $3 billion worth of children¡¯s books bought each year ¡ plus stories and articles needed by over 650 publishers of magazines for children and teenagers.

Who are these needed writers? They¡¯re ordinary folks like you and me.

But am I good enough?

I was once where you might be now. My thoughts of writing had been pushed down by self-doubt, and I didn¡¯t know where to turn for help.

Then, I accepted a free offer from the Institute to test my writing ability, and it turned out to be the inspiration I needed.

The promise that paid off

The Institute made the same promise to me that they will make to you, if you show basic writing ability:

You will complete at least one manuscript£¨Êָ壩suitable to hand in to a publisher by the time you finish our course.

I really didn¡¯t expect any publication before I finished the course, but that happened. I sold three stories. And I soon discovered that was not unusual at the Institute.

Since graduation, I have authored 34 nationally published children¡¯s books and over 300 stories and articles.

Free test and brochure

We offer a free ability test and will send you a copy of our brochure£¨Ð¡²á×Ó£©describing our recognized home-study courses on the basis of one-on-one training.

Realize your writing dream today. There¡¯s nothing sadder than a dream delayed until it fades forever.

Sincerely,

Kristi Hill, Instructor

It doesn¡¯t matter if books are delivered in printed or electronic forms; the main thing is to get lost in reading them. Reading books is vital for human development.

Why should we bother reading a book? People cannot figure out the meaning of reading. In a world of accelerating technology, lacking time and decreasing attention, should they invest precious time sinking into a good book?

The discovery that our brains are physically changed by the experience of reading is something many of us will understand instinctively, as we think back to the way an extraordinary book had a transformative effect on the world view of people. This transformation only takes place when we lose ourselves in a book. That¡¯s why studies have found this kind of deep reading gives us a better understanding of the inner lives of others.

Rationally, we know that reading is the foundation stone of all education, and therefore an important basis of the economic benefits. But perhaps even more significant is its emotional role as the starting point for individual voyages of personal development and emotional pleasure. They can help create and strengthen our sense of self. If reading were to decline significantly, it would change the nature of our species. If we, in the future, are no longer wired for self-reflection and creative thought, we will die out.

Technology let the readers experience more adventures from more books. Publishers need to get better at using the ability f the Internet to inform readers, and potential readers, about all the extraordinary new books that are published every year.

The research shows the benefits of reading clearly. So there can hardly be a better reason for fighting to protect the future of the book.
