The course has changed their lives.
H:Miraculous. In ever thought so many grade three students care so much about happiness.I thought the most popular courses maybe maths or physics.
L:Students want to do well in study.Yet they want to be happy as well
H:Who's the teacher? Why did he come up with this idea of teaching happiness?

The life-changing happiness course, opened for Senior Three students, becomes an immediate hit on campus. The instructor, a Harvard graduate, successfully got his message across by combining theories with personal experiences.
This course, I believe, is well worth taking by Senior Three students. Specifically, faced with the impending Gaokao, this group of students are burdened with heavy workloads and high expectations from parents and teachers. Sometimes, they will encounter failing scores, unsatisfactory rankings and mounting peer pressures. Without techniques learned from the happiness course, some of them would have a hard time adjusting their mindset and thus become ill-prepared for the next battle. Worry, fear and self-distrust cloud their heart and lead to their final Waterloo in Gaokao. How miserable!
To keep a healthy mentality, firstly, I will rationally analyse my strengths and weaknesses, doing thorough self-reflection in each exam. That is, never will I allow a single failing score define my value and quality. Secondly, a heart to heart talk with parents or teachers will help me drain my negativity and inject the much-needed positivist. Thirdly, working out regularly will release my stress and ensure my physical and mental well-being.
