What qualities do you think heroes should have? To me, heroes are brave and helpful. They’re people you respect of. My heroes are the volunteers who go to the earthquake-hit areas last week. The disaster caused great damages to the areas. Therefore, the volunteers’ efforts relieved the victims’ suffering. They helped the victims by giving themselves food, water and shelter. They were also many doctors and nurses who volunteered help the wounded. The rescue work turned out dangerously, but no one showed fear nor gave up rescue the unfortunate people.
